Live Wedding Painting
A live wedding painter is a big commitment, and requires a lot of trust put into an artist to capture such a special day, so I like for my clients to know exactly how my process will look. Read below for more details & checkout the carousel gallery located at the bottom of the page:

We will set up a consultation call via a scheduling link I will send you. Here we will discuss all the details of your painting vision, as well as times, locations, and anything else I should know. I love to get to know my brides! This is also when travel fees must be paid for and booked by.

45 days prior to the wedding is when the remaining payment can be paid. This prevents cancellation or movement refunds. The remaining payment can be made any time between that 45 day marker and the wedding date.

The day of, I will get to the venue 3-4 hours before the ceremony and begin painting. I will paint essentially everything there without the couple and then once your moment happens, whatever you choose that moment to be, I will begin adding that into what has already been painted. Around an hour before the end of the reception we will do a reveal, and then I will leave the painting up for a while for guests to see and interact, and then I will pack up and leave before the grand exit.

While the painting is always done to a point of showing the couple and guests, I have unlimited studio hours included in all of my packages. This includes tedious details, minor changes, and a varnish. I like to know, as well as for my clients to know, that they will 100% be happy with their painting and that any alterations can be made after the fact.
Expect to receive your painting no later than 3 months after the wedding date.
