FAQs

Under my studio commissions tab, you will see a contact form at the bottom of the page. Fill that out with details about what you want painted and I will get back to you with availability and a price as soon as possible.
-
The subject of your painting, the size of your painting, what you want the painting on, and shipping all make the price of your painting vary. Fill out a contact form under the studio commissions tab for a direct quote.
Here are a few general rules to pricing: bigger paintings typically cost more, while smaller ones cost less. Canvases costs more than mixed media paper. Subjects like people cost more than subjects like animals or a landscape. Five people will cost significantly more than one. Side profile pictures could cost less than front profile.
Pricing is based on the amount of detail that will be applied, the difficulty of the subject, and the amount of time it will take me to complete. Again, to receive an exact price, please fill out a contact form on my studio commissions tab.

While these are very general price ranges (and I am sorry I cannot be more specific but must first know what you want painted to be exact), here is an idea of what a certain type of painting might cost you:
7x10 or 9x12s on mixed media paper: $150-$350Pet Portrait on a canvas (shop tab item is only mixed media paper): $200-$400, a 20x20 inch canvas is $400, so something larger would be more expensive.
A 16x20 portrait of two people, front profile on canvas: $1000 (check out my All Things Wedding tab for engagement/wedding portrait details)
A 24x24, 24x36, 36x36, 36x48 inch abstract canvas for wall decor: $300-$500
Again, very general idea for pricing. For an exact quote on the painting you would like, please fill out the contact form on my studio commissions tab.

Yes! However, the pricing changes so go to the studio commissions tab and fill out the contact form at the bottom and I will put both of your fur babies in one painting!
-
I do! I have shipped all over the United States but have also shipped to a few places in Europe and Asia and Australia. Shipping prices do vary.

I do travel! While live painting is relatively new to me and most of my weddings have been within my home state, I have traveled to a few different states and have several booked for 2024 that are also flying distance! I am still working out some kinks when it comes to live painting on the go, but I love to travel and no place is too far.
If you decide to book me for your wedding (or another event) and I am available, the travel portion is something we will discuss during our consultation.
-
My packages do not include flight and lodging costs. Please view my package page under the live wedding painting tab and you will see a section on travel fees. Based on your location in relation to mine, these travel fees will vary. After filling out an inquiry form with information on the location of the venue, I can give you a quote on cost of travel fare.

I typically like to add to my schedule at least a month in advance. However, since I paint by week, some weeks are more open than others and I am available every so often to accept last minute commissions. If you forgot to order a Christmas or birthday gift and are desperate for something, feel free to reach out! I cannot promise I can squeeze you in but it can’t hurt to check!

I will send several photos of your painting before shipment to make sure you are happy with the painting before you receive it. I will continue edits or alterations to the painting until it is to your liking so there should be no reason for a return request. Therefore, once it is in your possession, there will be no refund.

It should not take any longer than a month. It typically only takes me around a week to finish each painting (I work on several simultaneously), but due to having several booked, the prior 3 weeks might be completely full already, so I like to give myself plenty of time to focus on your order.
I do 21st signs by week so you will receive the birthday sign a week prior to the date you needed it by.
